PT Kabelmetal Indonesia was established on January 19, 1972 by Kabel-und Metalwerke Guetehoffnungshuette AG, a German company that later on was known as Kabelmetal Electro Gmbh. In 1974, the company launched its first commercial products through well-known KABELMETAL brand.
